How to use myTheo

Create a Saved Search

You can easily set up a saved search so when a property meets the criteria you are looking for you will receive instant notifications. Your clients can set up their own saved searches as well! 



Start from the Listings tab. Tap Filters in the upper right corner. 





Set and adjust the search parameters by area, status type, property type, upcoming homes, days on market, etc. Tap Apply in the top right corner.




Tap Save Search to receive automatic updates and get speedy access to this search. 





Name and Save your search. Turn ON notifications for automatic email updates.





We'll send email updates when properties hit your Saved Search.




View, edit and manage your Saved Searches from the side menu.
